The Pause Duo is for two people who want to step out of everyday pressure and rediscover a slower rhythm together. It combines individual care with calm shared time, so each person can regulate in their own way while the relationship benefits from more presence and ease.

- Tailored bodywork for each guest, including at least one 90-minute session; remaining sessions are adapted to the individual process and are often around 50 minutes

Rest first
This is not a tightly scheduled couples workshop. The rhythm is deliberately flexible and spacious. The focus is calm, sleep, individual body care and the simple pleasure of being together without having to achieve anything.
